📦 Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange is applicable only in case of a damaged product. We do not accept returns.

Exchange requests are accepted only with a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and complete unboxing process.

The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Requests without a valid unboxing video or received after this timeframe will not be accepted.

For approved exchange requests, the product must be securely packed and returned in the same condition as received, along with all original packaging. Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, you will be required to place a fresh order. The product amount from the previous order will be refunded after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.
